Position Purpose
The Project Manager advances the planning and development of a Provostial initiative related to assessing strengths and identifying opportunities in Dartmouth’s international profile. The Project Manager will also assist with the compilation of a report at the end of the initiative that will be delivered to senior leadership at Dartmouth.
This is a 9-month TERM position, .50 FTE .

Description
Provostial Project Management
· Serves as an integral member of the Vice Provost’s team to develop and achieve project objectives, develop and facilitate execution of project plans, communicate project status to leadership, work effectively toward problem resolution.
· Performs data analysis as needed on Dartmouth’s existing capabilities as well as those of peer comparison groups.
· Establishes and maintains collaborative interactions with internal and external stakeholders necessary to achieve shared goals, advance scholarship and policy, and disseminate findings internally and externally.
· Supports and advocates for efforts to increase diversity and inclusion in the development of Dartmouth’s international programs and activities.

· Maintains a record of activities and written reports to be shared with diverse audiences.
· Organizes meetings (i.e., workshops, brainstorming sessions, knowledge co-production advisory meetings) and conducts follow-up communications to advance the work and ensure follow-up actions are completed.
