Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- At least three (3) years of experience in video editing.
- Bachelor's degree is preferably in audio/visual communications, design, multimedia production or journalism.
- Previous experience in sports production desired.
- Must have outstanding organizational, communication, writing, and interpersonal skills. Should have strong knowledge of current and emergent audio/video technologies and video production.
- Advanced experience using Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Must be able to work independently.

Position Description
- Independently devise, storyboard and plan multimedia feature content, telling the story of what makes the University, athletics department, coaches and student-athletes different and special
- Spearhead department-wide content creation initiatives, on topics relating to Harvard mission and core values.
- Lead shooting, editing and releasing of feature multimedia content, with major impact of Harvard University external communications and marketing.
- Shoot and edit creative video content from Harvard athletics events
- Supervise LHTs, temps, interns and student staff in devising feature content relating to student-athletes, coaches and programs, to showcase during live broadcasts.
- Supervise LHTs, temps, interns and student staff in shooting, editing and releasing creative multimedia content relating to Harvard Athletics, student-athletes, coaches and staff.
- During especially busy game weekends, assist in the production of live broadcasts and video board shows during Harvard Athletics events.
- Maintain and service video capture and editing equipment.
