Job Description Summary
The Law and Taxation Department at Bentley University is seeking applicants for a non-tenure track, full-time position at the rank of Lecturer to teach undergraduate and graduate business law courses beginning Fall 2023.

The primary function of the position will be to teach Law courses, initially the University's required core course, Business Law, with opportunities to teach other courses as the department's needs dictate. The Lecturer contract carries an eight-course teaching load in one academic year. While class sizes may vary, Law courses are generally capped at 35 students.

Lecturers are also asked at times to participate in university-wide committees and events. The successful applicant will be expected to be an engaged participant in the Law and Taxation Department and in the Bentley community.
