RESIDENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST

 

 

 

Coastal Carolina University is accepting applications for the position of Resident Success Specialist in University Housing. Reporting to the Assistant Director for Housing Services, this position will serve within University Housing’s Resident Success unit.

 

 

 

Duties will include, but not be limited to:

 

  • manage communications, records, and administrative processes for University Housing; assist with functions, projects, and initiatives including but not limited to: desk operations, camp and conference operations, recruitment and selection, engagement and programming, academic initiatives, training, move-in, and closing; maintain strong collaborative relationships with University offices to ensure University Housing’s place as a productive and complementary student service; and perform other duties as assigned.

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor’s degree and a valid state driver’s license is required. Knowledge of housing and conduct database software is preferred. Excellent written skills, oral communication skills and strong administrative skills are preferred.

Normal work hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.   Must be flexible to meet special scheduling needs of the University.  May require evening and weekend work.
