Business/HR Operations Associate

As a member of the UVM Student Government Association’s business operations team, the Business/HR Operations Associate coordinates human resources and financial operations including student employee and temporary staff hiring, financial analysis and management, and student club purchasing oversight. The Associate actively collaborates with the Business Manager, university staff, and student leaders to ensure high-quality support and advice to our student club members. This position serves as primary contact for temporary employees, student club leaders, vendors, and UVM administrative departments, as appropriate, to provide business, financial, and process oversight and guidance to the over 200 recognized student clubs and organizations. This is an energetic, high-volume, deadline-driven environment that requires a proven commitment to both customer service and compliance, where we value your ability to work independently while also providing the support of a highly collaborative team.
