Job Details
The Information Systems and Business Analytics (ISBA) department at the College of Business Administration, Loyola Marymount University is inviting candidates for a tenure-track positions at the rank of assistant, associate, or full professor. Candidates should possess skillsets in the information systems and business analytics area.
Additional preference may be given to candidates with experience in one or more of the following areas: Natural Language Understanding (NLU) / Text Analytics, Blockchain, IoT and Cloud Computing.
Candidates should demonstrate potential for conducting high quality research as well as teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the information systems and business analytics. Candidates should be interested in collaborating on interdisciplinary research and teaching a diverse set of courses in the information systems, operations, and business analytics area. Teaching duties would include teaching existing courses and developing new courses in information systems, business analytics, operations management, and supply chain analytics. Candidates need to have completed a Ph.D. or are expecting to complete a Ph.D. (ABD) prior to the official start date in any of the following disciplines - business analytics, operations and supply chain, management science, information systems or a field related to the skill sets described in the job openings. The degrees of the candidates should be from academically accredited institutions.
