The Central Office Human Resources (COHR) at The City University of New York (CUNY) seeks an experienced and proactive Lead Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Manager to provide best‐in‐class HR partnership and services, with a focus on revitalizing our full cycle recruitment, on‐boarding and retention functions. Reporting to the Executive Director of Human Resources, this HR professional will work to reinvent the unit’s talent acquisition strategy by creating digital sourcing tactics to identify passive and active applicants; compiling recruiting and staffing metrics to identify opportunities for change; working to continually improve and exemplify mission‐driven HR in an ever‐changing climate; and serving as a senior member of the office by partnering with the team to carry out daily HR functions. A Bachelor’s degree and six years’ related experience required.  The ideal candidate will have at least four years’ specialization in recruitment and talent acquisition management, including: experience in a university, or mission-driven or unionized public organization; recruitment screening/interviewing, selection, advertising, marketing, and digital recruiting; sourcing resumes including social recruitment, networking, employment sites, college and professional boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and applicant tracking systems.  Compensation: $66,455-$88,602 commensurate with qualifications, experience, and education.  Posting Close Date: August 30, 2022 OR Open until filled.
