Summary:
The University of Illinois Springfield invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant or Associate Professor in the College of Business & Management to teach courses in the area of Organizational Behavior (OB) starting August 16, 2023. This is a full-time on-campus position tenure-track academic appointment. UIS tenure-system faculty are expected to be available and engaged in the campus community, with assigned professional responsibilities for teaching, scholarship, and service.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Teach undergraduate-level Organizational Behavior related courses and graduate-level Organizational Behavior related courses in the MBA and MSHRM programs. : 70%
  • Publication in peer-reviewed journals (PRJ) is expected. A minimum of 3 PRJs in specified quality levels determined by the_x000D_ MMO department and CBM. : 20%
  • Contribute to the department, college, university, community, and professional level service activities : 10%

Minimum Qualifications:
Ph.D. or DBA from an AACSB accredited university in Business Administration with specialization in Organizational Behavior.
