A successful candidate must have the demonstrated potential or proven record of accomplishment and interest in empirical research and teaching in Management. The candidate must also have a strong commitment to excellence in teaching at the undergraduate and graduate levels. We are particularly interested in candidates whose research, teaching and service as well as personal and professional experiences will advance the educational and co-curricular experience of our diverse campus community. Scholars with significant teaching and research interests in cultural awareness and diversity topics in the workplace (e.g., HR issues, board of directors’ diversity, pay gap, implicit biases in the workplace, ESG impact of business action, CSR, family businesses, black-owned businesses, minority-owned businesses, women in business) would be especially attractive to us.

Interested candidates should submit a cover letter, CV, statement of research, statement of teaching, teaching evaluations, diversity statement, and provide 3-5 references, who will be contacted for their letters of recommendation.
