Assistant Professor of Management

The Organizational Behavior (OB) faculty group in the Jones Graduate School of Business (JGSB) at Rice University in Houston, Texas, invites applications for one tenure-track position in the area of OB.

Successful candidates will produce interesting, high-quality research in organizational behavior, publish in top journals, and teach courses in the field of OB. JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Applicants must have completed all the requirements for a Ph.D. in OB or a related field by July 1st of the year employment commences. Candidates must have demonstrated strong potential to achieve excellence in scholarly research, top journal publications, and excellence of teaching in the field of OB.
