About the Position

Gannon University, a vibrant Catholic institution committed to excellence through inclusiveness, invites applications for Assistant Director of the Waldron Campus Center.

This position is responsible for: 1) the coordination, development, and maintenance of a comprehensive student employment program; 2) overseeing and coordinating event management for multiple campus facilities, with a special focus on the Waldron Campus Center Complex; 3) ensuring that the complex is appropriately staffed to deliver the highest level of client, guest, and customer service possible; 4) assisting and supporting the Director with the administration and management of budgets and planning; 5) coordinating and providing event support for other University partners such as Dining Services, Marketing and Communications, President's Office, Physical Plant, Police & Safety, and Leadership Development & Campus Engagement; 6) managing inventory of furniture, fixtures, and equipment of assigned facilities; 7) supervising the Coordinator of Event Planning & Logistics in the absence of the Director.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree and 2 years of experience in a higher education setting/role (related and part-time/student experience will be considered). A master's degree is preferred and could substitute for experience.
