Carroll University seeks to hire multiple Adjunct Instructors of Psychology for Fall 2022

PSY 211 | Industrial and Organizational Psychology
Course: The psychological study of factors related to people at work. Employee selection methods such as testing and interviewing, performance evaluations, job descriptions, statistical validation and decision techniques, motivation, leadership, satisfaction, job redesign and organizational development are examined.

Location: On Campus

Qualifications: A graduate degree (M. S. or Ph.D) in psychology or related field. Official transcripts due upon hire.

Time/Days: 4:00 - 5:50 p.m., Tuesdays & Thursdays

PSY 316 | Thinking, Problem Solving, and Cognition
Course: A study of human intelligence. This course focuses upon cognitive processes and structures involved in perception, memory, critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. Applications to effective study and reading comprehension are also examined.

Location: On Campus

Qualifications: A graduate degree (M. S. or Ph.D) in psychology or related field. Official transcripts due upon hire.

Time/Days: 2:00 - 3:50 p.m., Tuesdays & Thursdays

The College: The College of Arts and Sciences offers undergraduate and graduate programs through seven departments - Communication and Sociology; Computational and Physical Sciences; English, Modern Languages and Philosophy; History, Political Sciences and Religious Studies; Life Sciences; and Visual and Performing Arts.
