Job Summary:

The Athletics Department at Marist College invites applications for a part-time, 12-month position as Director of Football Operations. The Director of Football Operations will assist the Head Football Coach with day-to-day operations of the football program. The function of this position is to assist the football program with scheduling of practices and games; coordinating use of facilities; manage equipment; and oversee student managers. The football program is a member of the Pioneer Football League (PFL) Football Championship Subdivision.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree required. Knowledge of NCAA Division I Rules and Guidelines required. Strong administrative and organizational skills to manage assignments, personnel, and equipment.

Essential Functions:

• Assist Head Football Coach with day-to-day administrative needs
• Coordinate team travel and logistics
• Assist with scheduling of practices and games
• Manage equipment
• Coordinate use of facilities
• Oversee student managers
• Other duties as assigned

Special Instructions:

Certificate in CPR, first-aid and AED will be required prior to completion of probationary period.
