Job Description
  • Support in the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, employee relations, performance management, learning and development and payroll management

  • Liaise with local authorities on employment matters including workpass applications and/or government-related claims

  • Support in monthly payroll processing where required

  • Assist in recruitment and onboarding process, including but not limited to, advertisement, application screening and interview coordination

  • Support academic administration including faculty contracts, payments and follow up on faulty employment matters

  • Other duties as assigned and/or required

  • Preferably Diploma in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline

  • At least 2 years of relevant HR experience

  • Familiar with local employment laws

  • Possess good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Resourceful and able to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Strong knowledge in using Microsoft Office and Workday will be advantageous
