Front Desk Clerical Assistant

Job Description:
• Answering phone calls, scheduling student appointments, file maintenance, and other clerical
tasks, as needed. Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

Schedule:
• Up to 25 hours per week
• Hours to be set within the period of 8:00am-5:00pm Monday- Friday for the Spring and Fall
semesters and Monday-Thurs 8:00am-5:00pm during the summer semester.
• Must be available for BOTH in person and remote hours.
• Begins as soon as possible and lasts through June 30, 2022 (opportunity for continued employment
for future semesters)

Starting Pay:
• $21.58/hr
• This is a Short Term – Non Continuing Position, Grade G, Step 1

Requirements:
• Customer Service and Office experience
• DRD Staff will provide FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) training
