Title: Maintenance Associate
Position Summary: To perform a variety of skilled maintenance tasks and repairs to ensure a smoothly run campus and learning environment.
Duties and Responsibilities: Install electrical conduit, wiring, switching devices, controls, outlets, fixtures, motors, and other similar equipment. Perform plumbing to include assembling, installing, repairing; pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and sewer systems, opening clogged drains. Perform carpenter duties which include the alteration, repair, and maintenance of buildings, floors, roofs, stairways, partitions, doors, windows, scaffolding forms, wood fixtures and furniture. Maintain tools in a clean and working condition and observe safety procedures when using tools. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED equivalent. Two years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Work Characteristics: Knowledge of carpentry tools, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance practices. Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
Pay Rate: 26,940.00 - 32,330.00 annual salary depending on experience
