The Dean College Children's Center is a fully accredited
on-campus early childhood program for area preschoolers, ages 2
years 9 months old through 6 years old. The program is
designed to encourage maximum development of a child's social,
emotional, physical, and cognitive growth.
Children Center is looking for a Teacher Assistant. The job
- Assist teachers in supervising children.
- Assist teachers in preparing and maintaining a classroom that
is stimulating, clean, orderly, and safe.
- Guide and support children through the daily routine, promoting
self-help skills and conflict resolution skills.
- Restock supplies.
- Attend in-service trainings and workshops.
- Fulfill all training and registration requirements established
by the MA Department of Early Education and Care.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Previous experience working with preschoolers ages two years
nine months through age six.
- Interest in early childhood education and developmentally
- Current training in basic first aid given by a certified
instructor or willingness to complete a basic first aid
- Must pass CORI and DCF Background Record Check.
- COVID-19 Vaccination and Booster required.
