Position Summary
The Department of Management in the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia seeks qualified applicants for one or more full-time tenure-track or tenured positions in organizational behavior and human resource management at the Assistant or Associate level, with an anticipated employment start date of August 1, 2023.

To be eligible for tenure on appointment, candidates must be appointed as an associate professor, have been tenured at a prior institution, and bring a demonstrably national reputation to the institution. Candidates must be approved for tenure upon appointment before hire.

For appointment at the assistant professor rank, candidates should demonstrate the promise of moving toward excellence in publication in peer-reviewed leading management research journals of national standing and have a demonstrated record of teaching OB/ HRM . For appointment to the associate professor rank, candidates should demonstrate a research record commensurate with rank and excellence in teaching OB/ HRM .
