Job Summary:
This position will be responsible for a range of complex administrative duties related to compliance. Reporting to the Compliance Manager, this individual’s main responsibility will include auditing the HireRight process.
Responsibilities:
Provides general administrative support, while exercising discretion, to the administrator of a department or division of the institution or to the administrator of multiple institution programs, services, and activities.
- 5% Schedules logistics and secures resources for meetings, conferences, travel, and work unit operations
- 20% Serves as a primary point of contact for individuals and groups, provides organizational information via phone, in person, and through other communication mediums
- 25% Prepares and audits complex records, edits documents, and reviews work done by others
- 15% Develops, sends, receives, copies, and distributes communications to the appropriate entities according to established policies and procedures
- 15% Develops, implements, and maintains methods and organizational systems directed at the maintenance of electronic/physical records related to work operations according to established policies and procedures
- 20% Assist with the HireRight audit process.

Qualifications:
Required:
- Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Confident, professional, and self-motivated with a keen interest in the ethical, legal, and regulatory requirements of a business.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- It is also important that applicants have strong computer skills and use of software application(s), including MS Windows, MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
