Position Summary
Horizons Enrichment Center - Support Staff / Driver

Temporary Position

Primary Responsibilities

• Drive assigned van route - daily
• Assist with group activities as needed
• Assist with toileting of adults
• Assist with picking up lunches and kitchen clean up
• Assist with daily activities and community integration trips
• Responsible for daily cleaning of equipment used in classroom
• Maintain a positive relationship with participants, their caregivers, and all family members
• Comply with all state licensure requirements

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Hold current chauffeur's license
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Demonstrated experience and understanding of customer service
• Demonstrated commitment to a diverse work environment, including working with multi-cultural populations and an understanding of, and sensitivity to, issues affecting women and minorities
