The Department of Mass Communication, Advertising and Public Relations at Boston University
seeks to hire a full-time Professor of the Practice in Strategic Communication with an
Advertising emphasis. This is a non-tenure track position. The successful candidate should have
had significant professional leadership experience in Advertising and the potential to teach
courses in creative advertising development, art direction, media strategy, portfolio
development and interactive marketing. The ideal candidate will also enhance the intellectual
and experiential diversity of our existing faculty. Duties include teaching three classes each
semester, advising students, and serving on various committees.
