The Director will teach several courses per year at the Roux and will have the opportunity to work with the Colleges to recruit, assign and supervise full- and part-time faculty to enrich our courses at the Portland, Maine campus, in coordination with program leads . The Director will serve as the internal and external champion for professional programs at the Roux, while simultaneously ensuring successful delivery of our academic programs in conjunction with Roux and Northeastern faculty, students, Learner Services, enrollment and academic leadership, among others.

In addition, the Director is expected to collaborate and exchange best practices with faculty and administration in all of the Global University System Campuses in the areas of curriculum development, student recruitment, student experience, corporate relationship development, and staffing. The Director will interface with industry, philanthropic supporters and strategic partners to build the program's brand and reach. Professional programs at the Roux already enroll a substantial number of ambitious students and are built on relationships with major corporations located in Portland, Maine.
