Miami Dade College, Kendall Campus is now accepting applications for a Client Systems Administrator. The Client Systems Administrator performs daily administration tasks and provides technical support on multiple enterprise wide client applications and devices.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs daily system administration tasks Installs and configures client application software Analyzes, assesses, determines, and proposes production system configurations and changes Provides timely and rapid responses to the user community’s request for assistance Provides technical support and assistance for college-wide client applications and services Monitors system operations and performance Develops and maintains system documentation Supports cloud applications environments Troubleshoot problems with systems and related College equipment Performs other duties as assigned
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in supporting and administrating client applications, devices, and technologies
