This position will provide general support for the Endowment
Administrator and the Planned Gift Administrator in Advancement
Services. This person may periodically interact with donors,
alumni, faculty, and staff and answer general calls and questions
via phone and email. Candidates should have strong written and
verbal communication skills and a commitment to confidentiality of
The Office Support Staff will provide support in these key
- Endowment processing: Upload perceptive content additions and
updates for endowment files, manage the DocuSign process for
endowment and other gift agreements, and handle endowment stewardee
additions and changes in Advance.
- Enter updates to the Fund Management database.
- Assist with the annual endowment donor reporting process and
internal endowment reporting to various campus units and
- Answer general endowment inquiries such as: looking up account
balance information; assist with Fund Management database
questions; check on endowment document status; pulling pdf copies
of endowments from imaging software as needed.
- Planned gift administrative support:, assist with annual trust
beneficiary reports, prepare and send correspondence at the
direction of the Planned Gift Administrator, other support as
- General office support duties: field phone calls from donors,
alumni and internal constituents; assist with mail merges and print
projects; handle outgoing express mail; periodically act as a
document courier to pick up and deliver documents across campus,
including University Hall.
