Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to:
1) develop a nationally-recognized research program focusing on the economics of food, fiber, and fuel production, processing, and marketing systems; 2) teach graduate or undergraduate courses in the Department of Agricultural & Resource Economics; 3) publish in high quality disciplinary and multidisciplinary journals; 4) acquire extramural funding; 5) mentor and supervise students; and 6) participate in service activities of the Department, College, University, and profession. The expected start date is January 1, 2023.
Qualifications: Ph.D., or ABD with an expected completion date before January 1, 2023, in agricultural economics, economics, or closely related field; excellent communication skills; ability to work in disciplinary and interdisciplinary teams.
