Job Details

Support the implementation of the undergraduate admissions recruitment plan to identify, recruit, admit and enroll future students to the institution. Provide assistant director level planning, implementation, and management of special office of admissions events to directly impact enrollment goals.

Required Qualifications: Master’s degree or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent related experience to a Master’s degree. Some years of event management experience. Extensive experience with Microsoft packages. Strong leadership skills encompassing the ability to remain flexible, diplomatic and able to work independently or in a team environment. Public speaking and strong communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to effectively project manage multiple ongoing tasks with strong analytical abilities meeting deadlines. Maintain a high level of self-motivation while providing top-level customer service. Must have a valid Driver’s License.

Preferred Qualifications: Preferred experience in higher education and/or admissions. Ability to speak a foreign language preferred.
