The University of Southern Indiana’s Management and Information Sciences Department, housed in the Romain College of Business, invites applications for a full-time, renewable Instructor in Management or a tenure-track Assistant Professor of Management to start in Spring 2023 or Fall 2023. Determined by rank, this position entails teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in the Management discipline. Assistant professors are expected to maintain an active program of scholarship leading to publications in quality peer-reviewed journals. All faculty must engage in university service. Qualified candidates for the Assistant Professor rank must have earned a doctoral degree in Management or a similarly related field. ABD considered at the rank of Instructor if doctoral degree is not conferred by hire date. Qualified candidates for the Instructor rank must have an earned master’s degree in Business Administration or a similarly related field.

 

The Department of Management and Information Sciences is uniquely situated to offer students exposure to broad management areas such as project management, human resource management and entrepreneurship.
