Meet The Doctor:

"I am so excited about the opportunity to add a licensed technician to our team in order to support the services our hospital provides. We see “urgent emergent” cases on an as-needed basis, such as existing patients from other services, or new patients from nearby referring clinics. Cases that we may see include anemic pets that need blood transfusions, pets with chronic illnesses that took a turn for the worse (Diabetics, Cushinoid patients, Addisonians, etc), and pets that may need imaging. We support services such as Surgery, Internal Medicine, and Dermatology by helping coordinate or run diagnostics as well as assist with minor procedures. We also provide more specialized one-on-one care to inpatients if needed. I love teaching technicians and believe that fully utilizing technicians is vital to hospital operations and, in turn, makes our technicians feel fulfilled in their jobs. Our team supports one another and we strive to create a positive environment where everyone feels valued. If you want to work for a hospital with a great team, and gold-standard care—this might be the job for you!"
