MA degree required. 5+ years of related experience.
Additional Qualifications and Skills
PhD preferred. 2+ years administrative experience preferred. Professional/native fluency in Korean and English, and experience in higher education in both scholarly and administrative capacities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, Social Media Platforms (Facebook, Vimeo), willingness to learn and use new technology platforms. Punctuality, professionalism, attention to detail, conscientious and thorough, ability to multi-task, discretion, excellent communication skills, and a team player attitude are critical, as is flexibility and the ability to adapt with growing programs.

Develop, oversee, implement and manage academic and research programs, as well as the KI’s growing digital archive, working closely with the KI faculty director, executive committee members, and ED. Responsible for program administration, budgets and financial processing, as well as internal and external communications and outreach for assigned projects. Hire and supervise LHT/Temp and student employees. Work closely with KI staff as an essential team member. Additional duties as needed.
