The Deputy General Counsel for Business and Governance Affairs will report to the Senior Vice President and General Counsel. The Deputy General Counsel will work closely with the SVP and General Counsel to set strategic goals, manage, and supervise the legal work within the office and oversee relationships with outside counsel. The Deputy General Counsel will be responsible for providing advice to Syracuse University, its 13 schools and colleges, and its domestic and international centers for research and scholarship on business transactions and business regulatory and governance matters.
