Job Description
Guides aerodigestive patients’ management in conjunction with medical providers during clinical encounters and through outpatient follow up. Assisting with arranging and scheduling procedures, monitoring patient conditions, follows documented care processes and plans, and assisting with minor procedures.
Acts as a resource for patients, families, nursing staff, and health care professionals from non-aerodigestive disciplines. Interceding with patient families to resolve concerns related to patient care via telephone triage and portal message.
Develops and provides inpatient or outpatient patient education or care delivery pathways as they relate to Aerodigestive care.
Coordinates and attends bimonthly aerodigestive care conferences. Communicating with each family after this meeting to discuss recommendations and arrange any needed follow up.
Assist and collaborate with other members of the team relating to research development and creating or following up quality improvement.
Salary
Salary Range: $64,282 - $102,425 Annually
Grade: PAT - NS

8am-5pm Monday-Friday
Minimum Qualifications
Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days. Two (2) years of acute care clinical RN experience. Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree and three (3) years of RN experience, or five (5) years of RN experience.
