Work Site Location: Coeur d' Alene Campus
Work Schedule: This benefited position is 90% full-time and typically has reduced hours in the summer. Pay and benefits continue over 12 months.

Job Summary:
This position will assist in managing and directing the assigned sports program in compliance with the philosophies and objectives of the Athletic Department. Assumes responsibility for adherence to rules and regulations governing the College and the Northwest Athletic Conference.

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience : Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, OR an Associate’s degree and minimum two years of related coaching experience required.

Required License and/or Certifications :
Current CPR/First Aid Certification - May be obtained upon hire
Current valid driver’s License

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Extensive knowledge of basketball.
• Ability to recruit and coach highly talented student-athletes.
• Ability to adhere to all policies, rules and regulations of the college and NWAC.
• Ability to hire and supervise qualified assistants and student workers.
• Ability to market and promote the Women’s Basketball program.
• A proven record in following directions and being responsible for tasks as assigned.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment as needed.
