Position Summary:
The position reports to the Director of IT Project Management and Strategic Initiatives and has primary responsibilities to install, upgrade, implement, administer, and maintain a portfolio of IT software applications. Maintenance would include monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving issues that arise. Individual has responsibility for contacting and escalating issues to software vendors as deemed appropriate and serving as a technical liaison between programming staff, system administrators, and end users. Oversees the portfolio of tools to effectively utilize all resources and work to eliminate redundancy between software applications.This position works as part of the team responsible for system patching, upgrades, cloning related to Enterprise applications, troubleshooting, and providing support to end users.

Required Qualifications:
A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other technology related field is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
At least 2-3 years’ professional experience with database and/or systems administration, workflow automation, and/or cloud services and applications is preferred. Experience with server-side API’s, Integrations, SQL, scripting preferred.
