Vice President for Finance and Administration

Coe College, located in the Cedar Rapids, the second largest city in Iowa, seeks qualified candidates for the position of Vice President (VP) for Finance & Administration who possess the intellectual vision, collaborative spirit and overall commitment necessary to be a contributing member of the senior leadership team of a growing and changing college committed to its role as a leading private liberal arts institution. 

The VP for Finance & Administration works in collaboration with college leadership to provide management of all financial, capital and infrastructure of the College. A critical member of the senior leadership team, the VP reports to the President and directly supervises operations related to finance, business affairs, human resources, internal audit & institutional compliance, campus security and safety, risk management, auxiliary services, campus sustainability, institutional contracts such as dining, and co-chairs the campus Finance & Facilities Committee (FFC).
