The Assistant Director of Enrollment Prospect Management supports the Director in communication, branding, marketing and outreach efforts to high school students, up to the point of application for admission- for all four years of Search (Freshmen, Sophomore, Junior, and Senior). This position will work with the Director in development and execution of print and electronic communication to this population, and will serve as support for other communication and marketing needs throughout the 4-year cycle.


Marketing/communications abilities:
  • creative thinking and highly detail-oriented
  • contribute toward and meet both established departmental and divisional goals
  • write concise and creative communications for various targeted audiences
  • understand what is visually appealing to the customer
  • review marketing analytics and adjust plan accordingly
  • ensure that produced communications are consistent with the Xavier brand
Education background/experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of one year of related work experience
