Position: Mid-Plains Community College is now accepting applications for a Director of Early Entry and Program Development. This position is responsible for the promotion and coordination of Early Entry as well as Career Academies with local high schools including travel to all high schools in the 18-county service area, ensuring compliance with state and federal early entry standards and regulations, program and degree development for the College, and administering Carl Perkins federal funding.

Mid-Plains Community College, a legislatively designated 18-county service area in West-Central Nebraska, is a comprehensive, open access, public, two-year community college system that offers associate degrees, diplomas, and certificates. Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in education or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred. Knowledge of the high school environment along with background in advising and curriculum development is preferred.
