Position: North Platte Community College is seeking a dynamic individual to serve as our Assistant Director of Multicultural Leadership and Engagement. Job duties include: coordinating Student Leadership Development, assisting Residence Life Directors create an inclusive residential community, planning and implementing student activities and leadership events, and advising NPCC Student Senate. This person will also lead the development of our MPCC Student Leadership and Multicultural Education Plan and coordinate service-learning events area-wide. This is a “live-in” position and is required to live in on-campus housing at NPCC. Coaching opportunities may be available.

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree and experience in Multicultural Education, Leadership Education, Student Life, Student Affairs, or related fields. Team-oriented and customer "people skills" are a must, with experience working in multicultural environment, personnel management, and team or community development.
