GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
Cape Cod Community College is seeking an energetic, driven, and enthusiastic Admissions Recruiter for the Aviation Maintenance Technology (AMT) program to provide high-touch communications, recruiting, and retention efforts. This position is a flexible, hybrid position offering on-site and remote work hours determined by operational needs; on-site hours will be Monday - Thursday between 3 pm and 7 pm. The Admissions Recruiter position requires a thorough knowledge of academic programs, financial aid, and educational costs, and leveraging communication and recruitment tactics to drive student participation. The ideal incumbent will be comfortable using a variety of technology platforms and programs to aid in recruitment and enrollment efforts.

EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:
- Recruit prospective students through timely follow-up on all types of leads via multiple communication channels including phone, email, and virtual modalities.
- Provide extensive admissions recruitment activities to increase application conversion.
- Assist with providing tours of the Aviation Hangar at the Plymouth Airport and engaging with prospective student and families.
- Assist with virtual and remote information sessions for the AMT program that cover educational costs, academic and career opportunities, student services, etc.
- Employ College technology to monitor and track recruitment activities and lead generations, including social media platforms.
- Maintain professional knowledge within the areas of Enrollment Management including admissions, financial aid, and registration.
- Perform related duties as directed.
Requirements:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
- Associate degree in Education, Business Administration, or closely related field; with two (2) years' experience and/or training involving college admissions, enrollment, student services; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite.
ADDITIONAL PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :
- Recruitment or sales related experience.
- Experience using multiple channels for communication.
- Experience working within customer service and sales driven environments.
- Experience working within an education setting.
- FAA A&P certification or experience working in the aviation industry.
