Associate Degree plus one year of related experience required.
Knowledge of budgets or accounting a plus.

- Manages and tracks six (6) budgets through the SAP system for the Student Union, University Center, Legacy Committee, Operational Funding, Program Activities Grant and Student Government Association
- Meets with and serves as the primary contact for student
organizations once they are allocated funding. Ensures student
organizations are following university financial policies and
procedures and provides oversight. Demonstrates diversity, equity,
and inclusion principles to enhance the sense of belonging for all
students
- Processes purchase orders, budget transfers, interdepartmental
bills, travel reimbursements, new vendor set-up and parked vendor
invoices for 6 budgets
- Manages the day to day operations of the administrative office
for the SU and UC and provides customer service for all calls and
walk ins
- Coordinates the hiring process of all staff and student
employees and serves as the time administrator for all student
employees. Assists with on-boarding and supervision
- Maintains shadow budgets for each budget cost center
- Invoices university departments and makes daily deposits of
revenue generated from SU and UC meeting room rental and game room
sales
- Reconciles university pro-cards for 4 employees
- Orders supplies for student programs, works directly with
students to determine needs
- Maintains the furniture, equipment and key inventory for the department
Associate Degree plus one year of related experience required.
