Aurora University seeks talented staff and administrators who are passionate about supporting an inclusive community dedicated to the transformative power of learning.

Position Purpose: Advisor to AU Educators Rising Club. Coordinates activities and events for 16 Partnership high school clubs. Recruit and retain students in the teaching profession.

Interacts effectively with a diverse group of faculty, staff, students and other customers of our service, learns and uses operating practices of the department and Aurora University.

  • Essential Job Functions:

  • Typically work two days per week.
  • Travel to visit 16 Partnership high school club meetings.


  • Essential Job Requirements:

    Education:
    • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in education.
    Experience:
    • Prefer a high school or university teaching experience. Prefer previous experience with Educators Rising.
    Skills:
    • Be proficient in current educational technology specifically Google Classroom.
