About the opportunity:
The Management and Organizational Development (MOD) Group within the D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University in Boston is seeking candidates for a Visiting Assistant/Associate/Full Professor position in Management for the 2022-2023 academic year. Candidates interested in conducting high-impact research programs with specific expertise in Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging are encouraged to apply. Appointments for visiting faculty may be renewed for an additional academic year.


We seek candidates who are committed to excellence in teaching and research. Candidates are required to hold a doctorate in Management or a related field by the appointment start date, and must have backgrounds in or commitment to working with diverse student populations and/or in culturally diverse work and educational environments. Experienced candidates should have a significant research record and leadership potential.


The group emphasizes a leading-edge research program that targets top-tier journals and a strong commitment to teaching excellence. Of particular interest is scholarship in diversity and inclusion and the future of work and careers.
