• Associate degree (A.S., A.A.) or two-year technical certificate in computer science or related area;

• 1 year IT support or related experience.

• Minimum Education Qualification can be substituted with an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job. Preferred qualifications:
• PeopleSoft experience
• Higher education experience
• Security administration experience
• Technical documentation writing experience
• Process troubleshooting experience
• Customer interaction experience Work Hours
Normally scheduled Monday through Friday; however, may be required to work other shifts to include evenings and/or weekends. Schedule subject to change based upon department needs. Compensation $41,667-$50,000 annual. A competitive benefit package included. Special Instructions to Applicants

Incumbents operate and maintain tasks related to operating the Enterprise Processing department. Typical Essential Duties
• Executes and prioritizes daily tasks identified by the Enterprise Processing Supervisor.
• Analyzes, sets-up, modifies, and runs data processes.
• Manages enterprise applications security.
• Uses IT ticketing systems to respond to requests and solve IT issues; work may involve forwarding tickets to appropriate personnel or departments.
• Serves as the liaison between the vendor and employees to solve printing issues related to enterprise processing.
• Manages password mailers for students and employees, which includes use of the folder/sealer machine.
• Runs processes, prints, presorts, and mails documentation.
• Works collaboratively with departments on various projects, security problem-solving, and other tasks.
• Trains end users via phone or in person; work may involve responding to requests, and providing technical information to employees regarding system creation, errors, maintenance, and updates.
• Prepares, maintains, reviews, and/or updates reports, records, logs, and other documentation; work may involve researching and analyzing information, and making and implementing recommendations based on findings.
• Participates in the department’s continuous improvement planning process
• Perform other duties as assigned. Knowledge

• Knowledge of applicable hardware, software, media, telecommunications, and/or related equipment;
• Knowledge of windows operating systems; Skills
• Skilled in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing hardware, software, peripheral devices, and/or other related equipment problems;
• Skilled in providing customer service;
• Skilled in using a computer and related software applications;
• Skilled in training users on applicable hardware, software, peripheral devices, and/or other related equipment;
• Skilled in utilizing communication and interpersonal skills as applied to interaction with coworkers, supervisor, the general public, and others sufficient to exchange or convey information. Positions Supervised

Positions in this class typically require: crouching, feeling, grasping, hearing, fingering, pulling, pushing, reaching, repetitive motion, standing, talking, visual acuity, and walking. The work is medium work which requires exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
