Position Description:
Kent State University, College of Nursing is seeking a national leader as our Associate Dean of Faculty Affairs.
This position will assist the Dean and other major Administrators both at the University and in the College by providing leadership on resource planning and management, faculty affairs, faculty recruitment, development, and retention for the College of Nursing.
Requirements:
Terminal degree in nursing from an accredited institution; a minimum of three years of administrative experience at a complex doctoral granting university. If applicable, the individual may be appointed to a faculty appointment congruent to their academic record.
RN license or eligible for license as RN in Ohio.
