Provide scheduling support, manage mail, provide reminders,
suggestions, and input in all facets of office management for the
dean and college office.
Maintain communication flow by providing administration support
for the dean and other college departments.
Coordinate external program reviews and fulltime faculty
Design and perform research essential for college planning and

the college in support of the University mission, including the
annual awards banquet, conferences and workshops.
Coordinate with various campus constituencies to enhance the
college's recruitment literature; publicize the achievements of the

Education and/or Experience:
High School diploma/GED required, Bachelor's Degree
Work experience in an academic setting
3-5 years' administrative experience, preferably in higher
Experience with large-scale event planning
Microsoft Office Suite proficient
Ability to learn and effectively utilize the University's
computing and workflow processes, scheduling software, etc.
