Position Summary:
This position will report to the Chief Information and Security Officer and will provide administrative support and assistance to the staff of the Office of Information Technology.

Knowledge of basic office equipment including personal computers, copy and fax machines multi-line telephones, Microsoft software systems and internet/outlook. Knowledge of English language including meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition and grammar. Skilled at written and verbal communication. Ability to set priorities and advocate team concepts; work collaboratively with faculty and staff; ability to maintain confidentiality and understand related regulations (e.g., FERPA); and capable of maintaining attention to detail and professional interactions.

Required Qualifications:
EducationHigh school or equivalent required. Two years of experience working in a professional office is required.

Preferred Qualifications:
ExperienceExperience in an IT office is preferred.
