Thomas College is seeking a Manager, Web and Digital Marketing.  The Manager, Web and Digital Marketing understands the importance digital communications, marketing, customer service, and brand fidelity plays in meeting the goals of higher education.  

This individual has a solid grasp of the opportunities for enrollment, events, and information dissemination in the digital marketing space.  They are familiar with industry strategies and tactics to amplify efforts across current and emerging digital channels.  They should be comfortable collecting, analyzing, and reporting digital metrics to College leadership for optimizing efforts that support strategic initiatives.  A key member of the Marketing and Communications team, the Manager, Web and Digital Marketing will collaborate and act as a strategic partner with key staff and faculty across campus. 

The candidate must have a bachelor’s degree (an MBA is preferred) in marketing, business, digital technologies or related field.  Equivalent professional experience will be considered.  Must have 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, digital advertising, and digital engagement, and an understanding of current trends and best practices.  The individual must possess these skills and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions of the job with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of skills and abilities.
