The Philosophy & Religion Department invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach an undergraduate Medical Ethics course meeting on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays from 1:00-1:50pm.

A minimum of a master’s degree in Philosophy or a closely related field and some teaching experience are required.


  • Design courses and syllabi that conform to University and Department requirements and expectations
  • Plan lessons
  • Grade assignments, essays, etc.
  • Respond to student needs in person or electronically


  • Master's degree (or higher) in Philosophy or a related discipline is required
  • Teaching experience required
