Applications are invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow in the Department of Social Work and Social Administration (Ref.: 508007), to commence as soon as possible for two years, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, Statistics or a related discipline. They should have adequate knowledge of quantitative research methods as well as a good command of written English. Experience in research topics on mental health, common mental disorders, severe mental illness, spirituality, intergroup contact, child maltreatment, and intimate partner violence will be an advantage.

The appointee will work with the Principal Investigators in managing a few research projects. Major duties include advanced data analysis and manuscript preparation, and writing of research grant applications. He/She is expected to work independently on project management, proposal preparation and mentoring of junior research staff members.
