NYU Shanghai is seeking to hire a tenure-track or tenured faculty member in the field of management and organizations (starting in the Fall semester of 2022). We are particularly interested in scholars that study creativity, innovation and/or entrepreneurship from either a micro or macro perspective. However, strategy/macro scholars in other areas are also welcome to apply. We are open to candidates at all ranks.

Candidates must have a doctoral degree (or have completed all but dissertation in the case of Assistant rank) in Management or related fields and a strong commitment to excellence in scholarly research and teaching. Associate and full professor applicants should have a proven track record of exceptional scholarship, teaching excellence as well as of institution building and service.

Applications are due no later than October 1, 2021. However, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis and early applications are strongly encouraged. To be considered, applicants should submit a curriculum vitae, separate statements of research and teaching interests (no more than three pages each), and electronic copies of representative publications. To complete the online process applicants will be prompted to enter the names and email addresses of three references, which will be contacted to upload their reference letter. To apply, please visit this link: https://apply.interfolio.com/92271. If you have any questions, please e-mail shanghai.faculty.recruitment@nyu.edu.

Terms of employment at NYU Shanghai are comparable to NYU New York and other U.S. institutions with respect to research funds and compensation, and include housing subsidies and educational subsidies for children. Faculty may in certain cases have the opportunity to spend time at NYU New York and other sites of the NYU Global Network, engaging in both research and teaching.
