To be eligible for tenure on appointment, candidates must be appointed as an associate professor, have been tenured at a prior institution, and bring a demonstrably national reputation to the institution. Candidates must be approved for tenure upon appointment before hire. Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, and/or Certification
For appointment at the assistant professor rank, candidates should demonstrate the promise of moving toward excellence in publication in peer-reviewed leading management research journals of national standing and have a demonstrated record of teaching OB/ HRM . For appointment to the associate professor rank, candidates should demonstrate a research record commensurate with rank and excellence in teaching OB/ HRM .
